It is a gated community and you need a card to get through the front gate. And if you're feeling hungry there's plenty of stores which include but are not limited to: Subway, Burger King, Taco Bell, Arby's, Jimmy Johns, and Marco's Pizza. But best of all it's located right across the street from The University of Toledo's Rocket Hall! It's a great way to save money on gas living right next to the university.

As far as neighbors go, the closest one (I live next to the stairs so I only have on my left) is never home. It's quiet at all times of the day. The community is very friendly as I've been invited to gatherings held by the apartment complex itself.(Great holiday fun!)
